Kantoordag. Hielspoorkous 's nachts lijkt nu echt aan te slaan; duidelijk minder pijn overdag. 's Avonds afwas gedaan (van 2(?) weken...)

Eten: rode bieten, gebakken aardappelen en een Duitse biefburger.
